Our share price opened massively down this morning based on last night's price, it's on the way back up now though and regained half it lost already.

Yes, I work in finance. Is that ok, or are you one of the brigade that thinks anyone working in London in the finance industry is a big bad guy that caused the world to collapse?

It's ok for you to make judgements on me, but not the reverse?
And I have no idea when we played football against each other.

Your opinion on what other do for a living really is appalling.
Jobs a job fella. Food on table. Roof over head etc.
Its weird really as I can't picture you now, you weren't this trappy in real life when we played football against each other.

haha, Davenport you do make me laugh. How you have the audacity to comment on anyone is beyond me.
You work in a betting office surrounded by piss stained pensioners, taking their 50p bets and offering them free cups of coffee.
It's one stage removed from a homeless shelter.

Re: Share prices

Fair point. Although this is slightly different. Noone woke up at 6am and knew that at 8am prices would crash. This morning everyone knew by 6am that we were voting out, and also knew that by 8am the banks would suffer.
How quickly they would recover is a gamble, and whether they would fall further still was a gamble. But at a share price of £1.30 there was much further than they could fall.

So much time on your hands to post up on WHO asking the question, not telling what was going to happen. Whilst trading UK bank stocks and then taking out the profit as they rebounded.
Jog on.

Re: Share prices

If you say so.
Anyone with half a brain cell knew that at 8am the banks were going to be hit hard, and within a couple of weeks they'd have recovered to somewhere near their original price.

Davenport - if you'd invested your traditional 50 pence in Barclays, you would have made FIVE PENCE over the last 90 minutes.
Shame you're not an early bird.
